Developers are still examining this issue, because it doesn't occur for most players and thus hard to reproduce. Have you tried with a different mouse device?
This makes clicking on a character to perform an action in combat tricky cause they're constantly rotating. Makes the game much more annoying than needed.
If the issue persists,please send your savegames folder (instructions here) to the developers, preferably with a recorded video of the bug if possible.
